into the spirituality and they became the great giant masters in their field but yes once the heart and mind is caught by the master then master might use some words because it's a very intriguing and you had focus fully totally then this clock tick tock would have become a mantra for you and actually a meditation same goes for bird shopping chirping and same goes for the vehicles on the roads they do i'm just going to mimic it it's it's it's not offensive i love them and respect them please don't take it otherwise you don't understand anything what they are speaking but yet that sound where you don't understand anything it brings a pause moment to the mind and once i was in damshala and visiting karmapa and once he came to my place in ashram then i went to see him there and then we had many many meetings and so in one of the meetings the the llamas were doing the mantra chanting i don't understand a word but yet when they were doing this with with the bell going on here and there with the gong going here and there you know it's it's beautiful very mesmerizing and why the hell we have to understand every word and that mantra in a different and foreign language for my mind actually if you listen to that mind comes into a into a space where it's very spacious in the mind meaning there won't be any thoughts left so if we don't know how to sit quiet then you might sit in the ashram and yet your mind will be running around and if you know how to sit if you know the correct approach for for sitting into the dhyana then you can do it with anything and everything and nothing can you know be difficult or obviously you need to focus your own approach and once you do that paris you have very beautiful name so would be your mind then gaurav from calgary canada i have been practicing meditation for quite a while but the thought frequency does not seem to decrease a thought will come and i will be carried away by it for some time only to be reminded and bring myself back after a few seconds how can i tackle it gaurav as you have written yourself about that your mind hooks on with the thought and it goes away my advice is do not ever sit for meditation without doing a 10 minute asanas and at least 15 minutes of pranayama and in your case i would suggest do the kapalbhati pranayam and i don't know whether you have met me in person or not then please learn the correct way of kapalbhati pranayama it's not your stomach which is going in and out number one kapal means your forehead bati means shining so kapal bhati means shining forehead this means it has nothing to do with the stomach many people are sucking up their stomach in and doing that belly dance in name of kapalbhati well that is not kapalbhati so learn a right and proper way maybe in a few days i'll ask my sannyasis to make one video where they teach right method of doing kapalbhati and then you learn it properly so do kapalbhati for at least 15 minutes it will be hard but if you learn it properly and do it properly then even 10 minutes will do the magic and after that when you will sit down to do whatever method then it will help to bring your mind into zone of calmness pretty patel from united kingdom i am not one of your sincere disciple i am not regular in any sadhana surely you can say you are not sincere at all okay anyhow sometimes i do um chanting yognitra or listen to him with varsha from childhood hearing from elders and sadhus the chanting ram nam is the best way to attain moksha please don't believe that that's not true in kali yuga even though i don't want moksha i always try to keep reciting god's name but my mind keep thinking about other stuff when i think whatever i'm doing is not right i feel guilty and down for some days and i don't do anything then i start again please tell me what to do well pretty petal you are insincere then what's the use of me speaking anything because if you are not going to do it yeah i was just talking to one of a psychotherapist who works in uk in limington she was saying that for one hour of her cla session which she gives to the patients which the nh sends her to because in kobe time it's all everything is online initially she would meet the patient in person so she said for one session i i get almost almost 40 pounds one hour session so i was joking dear pretty i was joking that you charge 40 pounds for a session and what western psychiatry has taught her she admits that doesn't help patients too much and yet you are charging them and maybe because they are paying you that much money you know not because there's all government systems so the person is not directly paying but they pay the taxes so the government is paying maybe that's why people listen to you when you talk i don't charge maybe that's why people don't listen and even after listening of years they still write i am insincere and what you wrote that the elders have said that if you chant ram nam in kali yuga that's best way to attain moks and here you are saying i don't even want moks then what do you want then how can i help you have if you have no love for the path then how will you walk on this path now this might sound very brutal that's the fact so maybe pretty wait for that right time that the fire of knowing that i have to know i have to understand i would like you to wait until you have that so i am not going to talk about what you should do now again because why i'm saying so because now i wish to see until you become sincere no advices because maybe the free advices don't work at all money is not the question you know it i don't need your money money is nothing money is useless for me but it's just more of putting this sense of responsibility in you and if you really really wish to learn something
