celibate alone I don't know from where this idea is coming sir sarsen can be practiced by anybody who has correct weight and who has first walked on bodies other muscles for example if you have not strengthened your iliopsoas muscle you cannot do such as and if you don't have a very strong spinal column muscles all these palaces if are not strengthened one should not practice your Sesana so before doing sirsasana these precursors asanas are very important which one should first learn in practice before moving to assess asana the shoulder stand or the serving awesome server means all if is not erect you're not sitting correct see erect and correct say spinal column is erect then your posture is head should be in the center of the shoulders not looping towards left or right forward or back so the awareness of your body and the awareness about degrees and the angles in which a particular asana is to be done all this requires a very patient understanding and actually for serious minded people those who wish to learn the intermediate series from this ashram they are taught also the human anatomy first because if you don't know the anatomy how would you know where is the gluteus muscles where is iliopsoas which are the joints which are the ligaments which are the bones and what to do and when to do in how to do so like when we do sarvangasana the whole body has to be in 90 degree angle can't mean 60 or 100 or 80 has to be 90 so what is 90 degree angle so this means you need to know your geometry properly so yoga is not just something which you just read about it is something which you learn by practicing you learn with the knowledge of your geometry with the values of patience and tolerance and great humbleness if you are not a humble person see I know these days there are these many classes being offered summer free in India and some the charge a lot of money but there is no guarantee that what they are offering you is correct also yes there are three important schools in my opinion there are two schools from South India there is one school from North India so if you are following either of these schools which give a very meticulous teaching then there is a possibility what you have learnt is correct and right or you have to be very smart enough to learn it from the scripture itself but that's very terse that's very difficult but still if you are intelligent and you know your geometry proper and a degrees and angles properly and you understand your body and not to me properly then there is a chance that you can learn by reading through the yoga text books the scriptures the original scriptures there is a way sure but to move to Shoshanna the initial preparation is very important if you don't do that and if you attempt it then you can injure yourself and secondly the sarsen is not contraindicated to any person who is married you can have a very active sexual life you can do it if you have prepared your body well for the Shoshanna and if you are celibate then also definitely you can do it but there are some great misconceptions about asanas hence people think maybe they cannot do it but that's not true this can be done by everybody anybody but you need to prepare your body first there are great benefits of Shoshanna and it is advised that if one should make it like a goal that I have to learn it and gradually and slowly with the sense with the patience and with great calmness that can be done [Music]
