So they all went He had dug up, he knew what the place is, but anyhow he just went left and right, here and there and then they dug up and they found the statue there Oh Wow ! So whether ghost was present there or his mind created that? Are you getting? Right ? It will look very weird So we use nice word, I am in Love But What is that ? It is just hormones and you know what, Once married and hormones game have happened and intimacies have happened and after five ten years or so same person, No nothing is happening now What happened? Person is same but what changed? Your hormones have changed Right? But the mind created this idea, this man is handsome The mind created the idea, this women is beautiful, Hence Even the ugliest women will look beauty When others will see they will say, what did you see? but for the person who is in Love, that person is the most beautiful person So you see that what your mind will project to you Are you getting the point? So much heat has been produced in your body Any friction will give rise to some energy This is a law of science So in Yoga We use the mind to create a friction through the thoughts Meaning one repeated stroke of a hammer on a stone can break that stone, Right? Keep on constantly beating up at one point with the hammer The rock will break You use a knife, then you can cut but you have to use at one spot in continuity Similarly when you create a thought and in continuity when you keep on creating a thought again and again and again that will definitely cut through your own mind meaning either you can break something or either you can create something because you have created a certain energy Another instance of this which often occurs in families Like father is saying to his child that you are worthless Mother and grandparents are saying that you are worthless He went to school, teachers are saying that you are worthless You are worthless and worthless then what does the child believe?
