दृश्य और द्रष्टा का भेद AV Ep 1354 l Daily Satsang l 4th Nov 21 Anandmurti Gurumaa

When the complete absolute wisdom isn't there in the intellect, then in order to make that intellect refined with wisdom this is explained— that I am the 'Witness' and the world is what is being 'Witnessed' if something is 'Seen', then there's also the 'Seer' of the 'Seen' the world is that object which needs to be contemplated upon and I am its 'Witness'- this is explained but then where this thing is understood— all that is being seen is merely an illusion so when what is 'seen' is an illusion, then where does the difference between the Witness and Brahman (the Absolute reality) remain when the difference between the Witness and the Brahman ceases to exist, then who is the witness and what is being witnessed however I am also the Witness and I have to witness everything also, I have to understand that everything is Brahman; So, out of these two things, there's one thing which hasn't been understood either this isn't clear— how everything is Brahman or this contradiction is still intact— whether Brahman is also the Witness or not and this contradiction will disappear when... when you will understand this Vedantic wisdom by properly sitting in presence of the Master when you understand by reading a book or even understand by watching my video, for that matter then, you watched one episode, but the talk wasn't completed in that part the main part was probably in the next episode, and you didn't listen to it; So, half-knowledge becomes dangerous Until, this becomes clear that I am the 'Witness' till then Witness should be understood through all ways and means, that how I am the Witness and how the world is what is being 'witnessed' or 'seen' so, it is important to have the understanding of the 'Seen' and the 'Seer' once, this thing becomes clear then comes the next thing— what is 'Seen' is entirely illusory Recently, we during December in Rishikesh Meditation Retreat, I expounded on the scripture 'Atmabodha' It is a very beautiful scripture of Vedanta by Adi Shankarcharya Ji so, this scripture elaborates entirely upon- What is Atman? and What is Brahman and What is the world so, in all the verses that it contains Shankaracharya Ji has presented extremely beautiful evidences there's an evidence in every single verse through those empirical evidences, he proved this reasoning that Atman itself is Brahman, hence the name of this scripture is 'Atmabodha' and this scripture- Atmabodha is available on our Application- Amrit Varsha you start listening to it once..and as you will keep listening to it then this will become absolutely clear, that some ignorance is slightly being dispelled As long as the 'Seen' would appear to be true the path of Sankhya will be very helpful till then in order to make you understand this thing- that you are not what is 'Seen', you are the 'Seer' But, Vedanta is needed to understand that the Witness itself is Brahman there, Sankhya or Yoga wouldn't suffice; Neither will this thing become clear through the path of Yoga nor will it be clear through Sankhya Darshan for it, understanding Vedanta Darshan is mandatory and once you have understood it properly no doubt would remain then I appear to be the Witness then I am simply the Witness and the 'Witness' is the witness due to the limited-ness of the mind and intellect if we remove the Antahkaran, if we remove the mind and intellect then limited-ness too ceases to exist then only the absolute conscious, eternal-ever pure-all knowing reality of Brahman remains neither is there any Witness in it, nor anything that is witnessed now, those people who are not able to understand this language of mine that's because, you haven't listened to me properly when you will listen to these Vedanta Sutras properly and will understand them correctly it might be a little difficult, so it's my suggestion to the ones who are listening to this talk right now there's my book in Hindi by the name 'Atmabodha' a book is available in English... 'Know Thyself' out of these two, first read the one you are comfortable reading language-wise if you understand this much then, after that listen to 'Atmabodha' then you know you have to follow a system first you complete your nursery, then KG, then First, then Primary, then Higher Secondary, then College, then University Right?! so, Vedanta Darshan is like the college study it's tough but we can prepare for it, so there is a process so, if you wish to go more deeper into Vedanta then begin from reading my book 'Know Thyself', it is based on Shankaracharya's 'Nirvanashtakam' it has eight shlokas in which he has explained so beautifully— Who I am, What this Self is Once you have understood that, then move onto the other book it can be Gita also, or you can move into the.... the videos which are available in Amrit Varsha Application and the title is 'Atmabodha' the 'Atmabodha' but I have spoken in Hindi and if you don't know Hindi then you please learn Hindi or you will have to wait until this.. my discourse gets translated and then it will come in the book form also, but that will take some time and at last, let's take a question, he asks— 'How should we incline our young children towards loving God and having faith in God?' see, if your children have already become adolescents in that case, nothing can happen now since they won't listen to you How will they listen? They won't listen to you now See, today two kids had their Mantra-Deeksha (initiation) when they met me, the first question that they asked was— Will you give us Mantra-Deeksha? I said— Yes, certainly! Why won't I give? So, today both of them were initiated..and both of them gave a card to me, before their Deeksha so when I read Udhav's, the elder child's card, it was written on it— "I offer you my mind, heart and body Please put me into this journey" twelve-year-old child is writing this but actually it is not the twelve year old child who is writing it; It is the mother who has taught him all this A 12 year old kid might ask for Disney or you know, Avengers game or something like that A 12 year old kids in these days, and that too in Canada wouldn't ask— that I need to get Deeksha I want to do Mantra Are you able to understand? Anil's kids are seated here the daughter, as well as the son Why are they seated here? That's because this has been taught to them by their parents and it isn't just today that they are sitting here It's been so many years that they have been sitting here They serve for mission 'Shakti'. Why? their parents taught them Unfortunately when you were supposed to teach your children, at that time you were busy doing your jobs one has to survive as well you have come here all the way from Punjab, Delhi, Gujarat; How will one survive now? So, one has to work, the mother is working, the father is working children go to their schools by themselves, they eat themselves; So, from whom do they learn— either through television or from their friends and your television or friends aren't going to teach them about Dharma and spirituality So, if your kids are away from this path I don't want to blame you but definitely the environment was not conducive that they would understand all this I was just talking to Dharmesh He has three kids He was asking me— what should I do to put them on the path So, I told him all the things which I have said many times you just follow the path properly make them...when you will sit for Dhyana, they will sit when you will do Pranaam, they will do when you will do the salutations, they will follow you and then I suggested that— read them stories there are beautiful..some comic books available there's one company, very old company in India- Amar Chitra Katha they make comics based on Ramayana, Upanishad, Mahabharata and Sikh history beautiful comic books so read, let the children read those books and let the children be in company of a Mahatma let them absorb it passively very passively and umm..there is one video in Youtube if you can then please watch it, that is called- Happy Day in Ashram 'Happy Day in Gurumaa Ashram' I had invited these kids see, in my program kids are not allowed but this was a program for kids and kids learnt the first step of Dharma with me 200 kids came from the age of three to twelve years of age they learnt Mantra learnt how to sit I did Kirtan they sang along with me and on that day, I asked one of the kids- what do you like to eat she flipped her ponytail and replied I like pastry, chowmein, burger, candy-floss- in a way, she gave me a list of all that she likes to eat and just when she was about to leave, she came running back; And again flipping her ponytail, she said popcorn! Okay! So, Ashram made arrangements for all these things so, in one of the parks we had all this stuff and these 200 kids and their parents and grandparents, all were there and I composed a song just for kids that why they should wake up early in the morning so, while singing they got the message and they had a blast with me and out of those children, many kids met me later on and their parents told- those kids sing that song and wake up early in the morning and they sit and chant Gayatri mantra and then they ask— When are we going to Ashram next? now tell, a four year old kid wants to come to Ashram Now, hasn't the kid gone crazy?! I am crazy and I make them also go crazy this is why many people say— Stay away from her stay away from her, she'll make you go insane she'll make you go insane Okay! I already say that I am crazy, so don't bring them here but kids come here kids who are ten years-twelve years of age, they attend meditation retreats and participate in doing service one of the kids, when he was probably six years old the broom was taller than him and grabbing that broom in front of the temple he was sweeping..I asked- What are you doing? He replied- Sewa (service) I didn't know even such a little kid could also do sewa and when the food is being served there's an entire team of kids These kids love to do service of food and they are running around with all this energy and asking- Dal Ji, Dal Ji, Dal Ji, Subzi Ji, Subzi Ji, Subzi Ji! they won't even lift a finger in their home, but when they come to me they are so ready to do all kinds of work and they are so ready to be part of every activity and I really wonder they are your kids but they don't listen to you they are not my kids but they listen to me I say- wake up Five! They wake up Five I say- Sit down! They sit down I say- Let's sing! They sing I say- Be quiet! They sit quiet There's an age, at which we can impart these virtuous values to them once, that age has passed now, when he would choose only then would he tread the path of Dharma now, until.. then... When? don't know! I can't give an answer to this but I hope that, if not today then tomorrow, every person would have to tread the path of Dharma and Gyana, because happiness isn't going to be found in the world it will be found only here either come today or come tomorrow either come crying, after receiving a thrashing from the world..or simply come directly; It's your wish!
