'Jeo bhave , tive chalavahe' - Drive this life, the way it pleases you. 'Jisnu katha sunahe' 'Apni seh gurudware, sukh pave' Oh Lord! whosoever listens to your tales, listens to your tales, 'Seh gurudware sukh paave' - only that being feels blissful on reaching the door of Guru. So when you go to the door of your Master don't expect anything else. Then there should only be one hope in your mind, to listen to his tales. Oh beloved! I shall listen to your saga. Who are you? How are you? Where are you? How you dwell within me? I listen to your tales. 'Kar kirpa jin naam lahe, se har har sada dhiyavahe' Generally, when one wins a lottery or when a son takes birth in someone's family or someone's house gets constructed, people say God has bestowed grace. But see, Gurbani doesn't treat it as grace of Lord. Guru Maharaj says, one in whose mind resonates Naam, One in whose mind resonates Naam..... 'Jo har har har, sada dhyavahe' One who always meditate upon Hari (the omnipresent one), such a person, he says feels gaiety. He would feel joyous. I chant the Name of Divine, this desire should come into my mind. See! If someone chants the name of Lord for an hour or two, and starts doing everyday So, he would be surrounded by such people in his family or neighborhood who would make fun of him. And there would be others who would consider him as blessed. He praises the Lord! Have to say, Even if your mind bewilders with the colors of illusion, greed or anger, yet somebody in this world will get up and apprise you, how you got your mind colored with evil colors. How filthy your mind has turned to be? They say, his mind is colored in the colors of Maya (Illusion). If somebody is egoistic, they say it's color of Maya. If one is proud of being wealthy, somebody will get up and say that one is haughty of his riches. If one feels proud of his or her beauty, somebody will say that one is haughty of his appearance, youth and strong body. However, go to the door of the Master and ask who is blessed? So Maharaj says, one whose mind has remembrance of Lord, One who has a desire to mediate and chant the name of Divine in his mind, is the fortunate one. He's the lucky one. Wah! Wah! During this Kumbh, I gave sanyaas to seven of my disciples. So when I returned back to Ashram along with these seven sanyaasis, the mother of this body is also very unique..... So, when she saw them coming together in a queue spreading both arms she said, blessed are the mothers who gave birth to you all. After all, she's mother. I didn't see such shade of hers like this ever before. Maybe she wasn't this much happy during my sanyaas time; In fact she was mournful at my time of sanyaas. she used to inquire again and again, whether I had taken sanyaas, while living in Rishikesh. But actually, when I had to take sanyaas, she had a dream a month prior to that in which she had seen me as a sanyaasi. So she phoned me at that time and inquired, whether I was in white robe or had changed? I said, Oh mother! I have changed. So, she said, "okay! I had a dream and saw you in that" So, she was calling to confirm about what she saw in her dream. Despite sitting far away, she saw it. So, in my case she didn't want me to be a sanyaasi although she never expressed in words. But, when she saw my disciples says with spread arms, blessed is the mother who gave you birth. You have made your mother's womb virtuous and blessed today. The color of renunciation and austerity comes from contemplation But if someone commits whole life towards this practice only And that too with resolution. Understand ! Sanyaas is not only about color, its all about resolution. The only permanent color is of the name of of Lord Rama, rest all colors just fade away But what about mind? One of the revered Sage asked me once That, why you took such a long span to give sanyaas to your disciples? As I make my disciples Sanyaasi just after 2-3 years as soon as they come Because some of them have surrendered since 12 years, 8 years or 10 years, even 15 years Why you took such a long time period? I answered, my inclination was My Sanyaasi's should be those who left no stone unturned in touching pinnacle in meditation, imbibing spiritual knowledge, austerity and performing services Sadhana goes on throughout whole life, in everybody's life But I don't make an undeserving one - a renunciate or a sanyaasi. And it's a huge responsibility. I too own this great responsibility. And to delegate this responsibility further is also a big deal in itself. So, Mahatma said you used to contemplate a lot I said, I do so because If there will be enlightened Sages in the Society, Society will surge else it will lose Dharma (righteousness). There should not be loss of Dharma (righteousness). It becomes a flaw. First of all, let mind experience quietude through wisdom and detachment And this is really true When mind transforms, one becomes a renunciate You don't become a Sanyaasi if only color of clothes is changed not the mind Sanyaasi is the one who has relinquished everything One who has not relinquished everything from mind is not a Sanyaasi. And I have myself worn white clothes for a long period. I left colored clothes since B.A. Second Year Before B.A. second year, sometimes I used to switch but after when I observed silence, since then wore white only While wearing white clothes, I performed all the religious practices and propagated them Imparted knowledge, disseminated the theosophy and taught spiritual texts. Performed every task. Even Ashram in Rishikesh was constructed in those white clothes. Because color is within. It has its own charm. One who is beginning to live the life of renunciation, takes a Vow He begins like this. And other one is more concerned for filling mind with the divine color and for that divine color Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji has given such a beautiful verses All the strings of my heart are indebted to Sadguru for these verses Maharaj says, 'Ram Rang kade uttar na jaye' The Lord's love shall never leave or depart 'Gur pura jis de bujhaaye' They alone understand, unto whom the Perfect Guru gives it 'Ram Rang kade uttar na jaye' The Lord's love shall never leave or depart 'Gur pura jis de bujhaaye' They alone understand, unto whom the Perfect Guru gives it 'Har rang raata, so mann saacha' One whose mind is attuned to the Lord's love is true 'Laal rang puran purakh bidhaata' The love of the Beloved, the architect of the destiny is Perfect 'Ram Rang kade uttar na jaye' The Lord's love shall never leave or depart 'Gur pura jis de bujhaaye' They alone understand, unto whom the Perfect Guru gives it 'Santeh sang baes gunn gaye' Sitting in the society of Saints, sing the Glorious praises of Lord 'Ta ka rang na uttare jaye' The color of His Love shall never fade away 'Bin har Simran sukh nahi paaya' Without meditating in remembrance of the Lord, Peace is not found 'Aan rang feeke sab maaya' All the other loves and tastes of Maya are bland and insipid 'Ram Rang kade uttar na jaye' The Lord's love shall never leave or depart 'Gur pura jis de bujhaaye' They alone understand, unto whom the Perfect Guru gives it 'Gur range se bhaye nihaal' Those who are imbued with love by the Guru become happy 'Gur range se bhaye nihaal' Those who are imbued with love by the Guru become happy 'Kaho Nanak gur bhaye hai dayal' Says Nanak, the Guru has become merciful to them 'Kaho Nanak gur bhaye hai dayal' Says Nanak, the Guru has become merciful to them 'Ram Rang kade uttar na jaye' The Lord's love shall never leave or depart 'Gur pura jis de bujhaaye' They alone understand, unto whom the Perfect Guru gives it 'Ram Rang kade uttar na jaye' The Lord's love shall never leave or depart 'Gur pura jis de bujhaaye' They alone understand, unto whom the Perfect Guru gives it Such color should come, which never fades away Like if you keep adding fuel to the fire, the fire smolders It keeps on burning. Similarly, keep on pouring fuel of resolution and renunciation in mind Flame of Sanyaas will ignite within on its own. Union of detachment, renunciation and resolution brings such a color of Lord's Love, ecstasy and tranquility in mind that in front of this internal permanent color, all the external springs fade away. So, become a renunciate from the mind. Become a Sanyaasi from the mind. Give up all the desires and cravings from mind. Read and contemplate on scriptures and lead life with determination. As during spring season beautiful flowers bloom everywhere Likewise, May Almighty bless your life with bloom of flowers of God's love, knowledge and renunciation. The celebration of spring outside is just an excuse, the real thing is within. The same thing is repeated with different excuses. Lord is so graceful that we are celebrating this spring with all the love. May God bless all. Love should transpire in everyone's heart, an immense love for Lord. And live the life with great reverence and bliss. May this Vasant (Spring) give you the joy. May this Vasant gives you the passion, the fire to do your Sadhana. May this Vasant bring those blooms of Ananda (Bliss), of true joy in your mind and may your mind become the truest garden of God. And I say, a mind which is meditative is garden of God. A mind which is in love, is garden of God. So garden of God is not somewhere in the sky or in the space somewhere hanging up from there. It's not going to happen like that. Everything is here! If your mind is in pain and darkness, then this very mind is hell. If this mind is filled with Saatvikta, Purity, Love and Great Meditativeness, then this very mind is the heaven. So live in heaven, not in hell. Okay! Be in heaven, not in hell. Create your own paradise and then live joyfully in it. This whole Samsara is only for you, who else for? With this, I conclude the programme of Spring Celebration. Say, glory to Sachidanand Bhagwan! Say, glory to Shri Sadguru Bhagwan. Say, Glory to all the Sant.
