पाप-पुण्य कर्म क्या है l Amrit Varsha Ep 1224 Daily Satsang 27th June 21 Anandmurti Gurumaa

So where by giving we have wanted praise or may be Facebook comments in return, If we wish to get this that too will come under Sakam Karma. That never comes under Nishkam Karma. I am remembering once in Prayagraj at a temple I was doing satsang so there, in those days, I always wore a watch, but maybe on those days watch was not working So how long have to talk, how to know? I asked the head of the temple about the time. He said don't worry there right in front of you, a clock is there. We keep inviting speakers so watch is very important. I said very good. When I went and sat on the stage, the watch was definitely there but from that watch I was not able to watch the time. It's not that it had no hands, it had. It's also not that there were no cell, it was. But on it, so thinly it was written that Shri Ghanshayam dass Agarwal's son ; Raghunath dass son kashiram has gifted this watch with regards for service of the temple on mother's death anniversary and below its date was written. So I was not able to see the time on watch only it was visible that whose son, whose grandfather, whose father, why gave and in whose remembrance he gave. Now In general perspective we would say it became donation. Yes it is donation. But if we see in the perspective of Gita then it is not donation. It is only pride. only pride. So when you do Sakam Karma then with that two things get attached. If you do good action then it will become virtuous act so result wil be happiness. You do something bad then it will become sinful act and the result of of sinful act will be sorrow. Now you understand that you can't live without doing actions. That means ever since you are born in this birth and before this as many births have happened to you. In all those births you have been doing actions. Then figure out how many sinful acts might have happened. Now this is also a funny thing, man is so selfish that he always calls his own actions as virtuous actions even if they are not. If I will interpret the sinful actions then what will we call sin? Now the scripture talks about two, prescribed actions and prohibited actions (Vihit and nishidha karma) The prescribed actions, scripture says do them. Prohibited actions, scripture says never do them. So there is a long list of prescribed actions. because in today's time man does not read his scriptures. That is why what should be done this is also not known. And what should not be done this is also not known. So Purva Mimamsa, which give us a very long description on this subject, what should be done and what should not be done regarding that also we certainly should have some knowledge. Lets say scripture says that on every day, occasion, you certainly wake up in Bramhamuhurat, bathe, donate respect the learned and scholar, serve saints and Mahatmas, this in your life, when there is some special day, say today is Sankranti, say today is Purnima (Full moon), say today is Amavasya. Select these three days which come every month. Now you ask yourself, the problem is that all of you have the Roman Calendar that is there, Gregorian calendar which gets printed which we say has English dates. You all of that calender. You don't know our indigenous dates. Here we have our days beginning from sun rise. So the day which began from sun rise that doesn't ends with sun set. On next sunrise the day will change. Say that today is dwitiya means second day then from night 12.01 the date three won't start. Our date three will start with sun rise. So from sun rise to sun rise. So for the knowledge of dates my request is that all of you keep the jantri, which Pandit ji keeps, either you keep that if you don't have understanding of that ... so I have, the calendar which gets printed by our Ashram, on that calendar the English dates which are there, they are present but along with it what is indigenous date, what tithi (date) is today, the description of that tithi (date) is definitely there. Should be aware what tithi (date) is today that today is Prathama, Dwitiya, Tritiya, Chaturthi, Panchami, Shashti, Saptami, Ashtami, Navami, Dashami, Ekadashi. If one would have known of Ekadashi, then he will fast on Ekadashi. Scripture says do fasting on Ekadashi. Amavasya has come then on that day mantra chanting should be done especially because when moon hides, the Amavasya that comes then understand that the darkness gets more intensify in such time in our chitta... we should illuminate the light of knowledge further. So on Amavasya mantra chanting should be done specially. Do Gayatri, do mantra given by master or you may do the mantra of your ishta but doing this... is the best. Then came Purnamashi ( full moon) beautiful moon, the way the moon will rise outside similarly the results of your virtuous act, the moon should also rise within you. Again it came. It's Purnamashi (full moon)... so, should do fasting. It's Purnamashi, so feed someone. Whom to feed? To eminent person, to satvik person, to Brahman, to learned, to some Mahatma and here we have a tradition that on Poonam (New moon) one should visit Guru (master). When there is Purnamashi (full moon), then there should be thought in your mind that today we need to visit Gurudev (master) for sure. And I am happy about this thing that not everyone but some who are in my acquaintance, they follow it very well. Whether it requires to come from Ahmedabad and reaching at Gannaur. They reach and they reach every month. So should do the prescribed actions and should never do the prohibited actions. And what is in prohibited karma (nishidha Karma? Now in our Yoga, Raj Yoga, five Yamas (moral codes) and five Niyamas (personal discipline), most probably you will get almost all the prohibited actions there. May not be all but at least symbolically that your rule should be that you won't say lie. Can you say surely that you don't tell lie. If you lie then this becomes prohibited action. This becomes sinful act. Of you do sinful act then how will you escape from its results? Not to steal (achaurya) Not to condemn anyone. Not to snatch anyone's right. Not to condemn the master and scriptures even in dreams. Means you don't even get such dreams, where in the dreams you are condemning master. So which is prohibited in dreams so should they run during the day? So it is prohibited during the day. Not only of saints, Mahatmas, great persons but also condemning anyone, this is not at all permitted. Utilising your wit in this way that you that from your actions, purity, satvikta, brightness, sanctity should appear. Not to see the other man or other woman. Not to see them in the sight of desires. Not to eye on others' wealth. Pardon me, in the present time everyone has an eye on others' wealth. Brother eyes is on brother's wealth. Father many times eyes on son's wealth. Son eyes on father's wealth that if I shall get all these, then it will be better. Getting jealous by seeing someone's fame. I am making it easier. Those actions which make your mind dirty, bring frivolousness to your mind, disturbs your mind and the biggest thing which action take you away from God, take you away from your Sadguru (master) all those actions become sinful. And then virtue, understand in that way. This becomes the criterion. Which action gives you peace, gives you relaxation, makes the consciousness free of frivolousness, give rise to satisfaction in mind and biggest thing which action takes you nearer to God that will be the best action. That will be a virtuous act. And lord is saying in Gita that you definitely do great actions but still don't wish the result of those actions. Know this way that doing great actions should become your temperament. So then you won't wish praises for it from anyone. Like if you speak sweetly so it's your nature. Whoever you will talk to, you'll win their heart, you will give happiness to them. Sometimes many people say I always speak truth may be the one Infront die but will speak the truth. So always remember that scripture says should speak the truth (satya) 'Satyam vad' truth should be said but that should be 'priyam' that should be amiable also. Who can't see you call him ' Hey blind' it's truth can this be good? Someone is walking with crutches, and someone says 'hey lame' he is saying truth. 'Hey lame' despite being true words, can this be pleasant to anyone's ear? So love should also be there. And truth should also be there and if it's not dearly then your said words will be more dangerous so sometimes people being rigid say, 'I always say truth' 'I may burn (ruin) someone's home but I am saying the truth. So this should not be done. So do prescribed actions or prohibited actions, life which to choose? I would say do Prescribed action. To which the scriptures give permission, to which master gives the permission that actions should be done. So if ever confusion arises, I should do this or not, so should bring all the categories of the action in mind that in my life should I have to do this or not to do. So Nitya Karma, Naimaitik Karma, Vihit Karma, Nishidh Karma, Sakam Karma and Nishkam Karma. This is a list. Now according to this list if you surrender and offer your mind to the lord " Yogastaha kuru karmaani, Sangam tyaktva dhanajeya" "Siddhahe asiddhayoh samo bhutwa samatvam yog uchyate" In our life whatever actions will be there. Some will be there which will be perfect some will be which won't be perfect means some actions will be there, which will be completed beautifully. Some actions will be such that where our the desired wish that we have, that doesn't get fulfilled. What to do? Says nothing to do only don't keep attachment in them, do the actions properly and also how to do the action? ' yogash karmesu kaushalam' Should do the actions efficiently. Our actions deteriorate when when we don't do them efficiently. Do with goodness, do cleanly, do with concentration so that action won't be incomplete. That action will be complete. I am giving an example here. It's a small thing. Once I had cooked food for my gurudev (master). Gave roti, so looking at roti he says, ' Oh god this roti is not happy.' I said 'why?' he says ' it has not become fluffy.' Roti has not become fluffy properly. Says why? You haven't kneaded the dough properly. So how to knead the dough I learned from the master. It should be kneaded that much, so that it becomes completely soft It should become soft and aerated. Then leave it. Kneaded now. Don't cook the roti now. Leave it for half an hour. After half an hour when you roll, says roll it consciously, it should be rolled round. Should not make 'Map of India'. Not at all. Not to make 'Map of China' also. Should be round. Says how round? Says like the world is round. Says that much round it should be. So your geometry should also be correct. And when you put the roti on hot plate then don't put it when the hot plate is cold. I teach this trick to my disciples today. that whether the pan is hot or not, for that the finger not have to burn the finger, just put a little dough on it If it becomes brown, means the hot plate is hot, remove that and now put the roti on it. now cook the roti. Everybody knows and they do But they have a different method that chapati should become fluffy and after that make that laid down chapati turned up, so that the periphery is cooked, it should not remain uncooked So we make that chapati like with both the hands after that how much ghee should be applied. That too should be applied appropriately It should not be that less that people say they are poor and don't have ghee and it should not be that much that it is falling while giving. So how to apply ghee and while cooking your mind was thinking of worldly nonsense stuff or your mind was remembering. This used to be the biggest trick.
