Eighteenth chapter of Gita explains us that how do gain command over our mind? We cannot rule the mind but how we can mold it according to ourselves That it should not remain our enemy; it becomes our friend So Gita should be part of your you know.. Readings It should be a very important part- just going through one page or two page I am not saying doing it the whole thing One page or two page in a day and slowly you'll get so wise and so intelligent and so smart that to do a lot of things in life You won't ever face any delusion or confusion But along with that, whatever I have told you to read Even the more important thing is, taking some time out You sit alone in any park in the terrace of your home in the balcony- just sit alone And, what do you do? Do a very simple breathing exercise If you do this practice for 10 minutes- be it in the morning, afternoon, evening, night- at any time If you keep on doing it, then you'll be training your mind daily One- to be silent Two- to sit still Three- to enjoy what your own presence can give you See, if you cannot enjoy your own presence Why would anybody love to be in your presence? You have to be good first yourself If you are a zero and the other person is a zero zero plus zero is not going to become one So you have to be one at least to approach somebody now you have something to offer If you don't have anything and you think the other person will make you happy- It doesn't happen like that and this is a reason why people become friends and then fight after sometime They get into a boyfriend-girlfriend relationship, and then start fighting with each other after sometime. Why does this fight happen? because they have nothing to offer to one another A girl has desires, she thinks that the boy should fulfil. A boy has desires; he thinks the girl should fulfil until with convenience those two keep fulfilling the desires of one another everything remains good Where this convenience ends Friendships end up in fights; Romantic relationships break-up It's all about convenience! And you know what? Mind is like water- now hot now cold! Because, it is the habit of our mind- It's the habit of everyone's mind The mind only looks for something which it doesn't In childhood, when a tooth comes out of the mouth Where does your tongue go all the time? In the same place where there is no tooth And the ones which are there are forgotten the same habit is of your mind From where our wish is not fulfilled, we only remember that that's why, all the worldly relations- I am saying 'all relationships' are utterly hollow It's all about convenience and it's all about you scratch my back, I scratch your back and I may not scratch your back but you have to scratch my back But that doesn't works That doesn't works..!
