क्या असली घर का पता जानते हो l AV Ep 1758 l Daily Satsang l 13th Dec 22 Anandmurti Gurumaa

In our true abode, we don't sow or reap the seeds of any good or bad karmas Like a pearl, you are pristine, translucent and divine Oh Swan, remember your true abode where you have come from In your abode, there is no death or misery There is no unhappiness or misery in your true abode Oh Swan, remember your true abode where you have come from Thus says Kabir, listen O Sadhu! Thus says Kabir, listen O Sadhu! That true abode is everlasting and eternal Oh Swan, remember your true abode- where you have come from You have forgotten your true abode where you have come from You have forgotten your true abode where you have come from You have left for the foreign land Oh Swan, remember your true abode where you have come from Kabir Sahib is saying - "remember your true abode, this place is not your true abode" The place you consider yours is not your true abode And you have lost the address of your true abode You have forgotten it All the time, we are giving our attention to this body, this world and this family We worry but we have forgotten that this is not our true abode Before this birth, we don't even know how many previous births we have had and in every birth, we had a house In every birth, we had a mother and a father In every birth, we had brothers and sisters In every birth, we had a wife or a husband and children and grandchildren But the day Pranas (vital life force) left, the Jeeva deserted that body and family and everything else And then the Jeeva is born in a new place, a new body and a new home and repeats the same mistake - That this is my home This is my mother This is my father And while doing this me and mine, he grows up, studies, gets a job, gets married Then he has children, they grow up - he makes them study, gets them married And then he becomes old Then he worries about his grandchildren and eventually dies again Then he is born again due to the burden of all the desires and karmas in his mind He will be born again in some home, again new parents, again the same samsara - Adi Shankaracharya says - "Punarapi Janamam Punarapi Maranam" "Punarapi Janani Jathare Shayanam" "Ehe Sansaare Bahu Dustaare Kripaya Taare Paahi Murare" "Punarapi Janamam Punarapi Maranam" "Punarapi Janani Jathare Shayanam" "Punarapi" means again - "punaha" means again Now again, you are born Now again, you sleep in your mother's womb Now again, you got birth Now again, you have died Now again, you are stuck in this cycle of birth and death O Lord! Save me from this cycle! "Murare" - O Lord, save me! "Kripaya Taare" - give me the moksha, give me the salvation to come out of this cycle And "Paahi Murare" - I surrender myself to you O Lord! Help me, guide me, inspire me to come out of this cycle How many times would I repeat this? I was told by a registered nurse who works in Canada She said that, "my mom was very sick and - " Attending doctor who was a Jewish- he came and he said, "that's your mom?" - she said, 'Yes' And the doctor said that - You people believe in reincarnation? She said, "yes we do" The Jewish doctor said, "well I am a Jew and although we don't have the concept of reincarnation but I really want to reincarnate but I want to be born as a dog" She said, "but why dog?" He said, "I want to be born as a beautiful pup who is adopted by a billionaire and then she carries me on her arm everywhere" "And I have a diamond necklace in my neck and I am served by that billionaire" "So, I really hope and pray that some reincarnation does happen and may Lord give me the birth of a dog who is adopted by a billionaire" So certain people think it is good to be born, even if it is to be a dog They are very happy to do so But Shankaracharya is giving a different take onto it - That when we are born as a human being or a dog, Well, the dog doesn't have those brains where I can put this knowledge into the dog's brain But I can put this knowledge into human brain - Provided, they don't think like an animal - mind you - what does an animal do? Eat, sleep, make sex, make babaies ... and then again repeat Eat, sleep and when the time is there, again do sex, make some babies Then there is a gap because they are guided by their cycle So a dog or a bitch is in heat just twice a year Not everyday! Not everyday - so a dog or a cat or an animal or a bird are guided by the nature Hence, their sexual arousals are limited to certain times alone Whereas a human being is permanently aroused I mean to say that because when you sell even a car or a mobile phone - Or even a good drink, it is sold by a bikini clad woman Because they need to first think about that and then about the car or the bike or a house or insurance You know, it's always a beautiful woman or a very handsome man selling you car insurance, selling you house insurance Selling you a drink, selling you a shoe, a toothpaste, a toothbrush, a soap or a shampoo If you use this shampoo, you hair will be shiny and bouncy and all males will look at you - OK, let's go and buy that shampoo Problem is this - humans think like animals All the time, they are thinking about what to eat, what to drink, when to sleep, what to wear And again, what to eat, what to drink, where to sleep and again - What to eat, what to drink, where to sleep - and then again - "Punarapi" - again and again and again! Food, sex, sleep - that's the cycle; food, sex, sleep - that's the cycle And some people are so stuck into this cycle, they can't even think other than that So, the person who thinks like an animal cannot understand this gyana (knowledge) It will go over his head He will not understand Because his intelligence and brain has gone into these three things Sleep, eat and enjoy physical pleasures That's it, they don't know any fourth thing Art, creative arts or money or car or good clothes are all there only to get male or female attention So, those who think like an animal - Always about food, sleep or physical pleasures; that person doesn't even want to come out of that because he draws happiness and pleasure from that He gets his enjoyment from there I will narrate a story from Srimad Bhagvad Puran When Dhruv Ji had darshan of Vishnu after very tough austerities So Lord Vishnu said to Dhruv, "Ask for whatever you want" Dhruv said, "If you want to give me something, then please give your darshan to all humans in this world since I have found you with great difficulty" Lord says, "I can give darshan but no one really wants it" Dhruv says, "No, it's not like that, everyone wants your darshan" Lord says, "No Dhruv, you are mistaken" Because even today, just see when people go to a temple, what are they praying for? That I get citizenship, O Lord! May I get the green card, O Lord! That may I get the visa, O Lord! That I get the house and my loan is sanctioned That may I get the driving license That may I get a nice girl That may I get a nice boy So, no one is going to Lord and asking for Lord That O Lord, may I have your darshan! That I come out of this cycle of birth and death! That I become a Yogi! No one is praying for this Lord says, "I have a lot of experience in this, Dhruv, just let it go!" Dhruv says, "No, if you want to give me something then please give this otherwise don't give me anything"
