अमृतबिंदु उपनिषद् - अमरत्व की एक बूँद lAV Ep 1581 l Daily Satsang l 19th June 22 Anandmurti Gurumaa

If you have Sanshaya (doubt), then you are Samsari (worldly person) if there is no sanshaya in mind, like who am I, this sanshaya is not there who is Paramata (the Lord), this Sanshaya is not there what is samsara, this sanshaya is not there mind remains still or not; what is the nature of the mind there is no sanshaya on this thus, a mind devoid of all sanshaya is a sadhu and a mind that harbours sanshaya, is a samsari samsari doesn't means this that who has a spouse, children and a house is a sansari and the one who doesn't have these, is A-samsari No, no, no! The one who doesn't have sanshaya in his mind son, daughter, parents, brother, sister, everyone- he deals with, but he knows from inside that except Lord, I have nobody- He who doesn't has any sanshaya on this, he is sadhu and the one who grows these sanshaya that.... and your sanshaya- see they get created in this world and are then broken in this world only Who breaks them? This Samsara will only break them and here also you, you get doubt in your mind- what if my people break my sanshaya when someone's husband run away, when someone's wife run away when someone's son takes his parents out of home then family members began to think- This sanshaya comes in parents' mind what if our own do something like this to us so if you have sanshaya, then you are sansari, if not then you are sadhu see neither you left home nor wife nor father nor father nor shop and without leaving anything you became sadhu, when? when you became free from sanshaya when you realize the truth then let us enter into the first verse of Amrit Bindu Upanishad mano hi dvividham proktam suddham cha suddha meva cha ausddham kama samkalpam sudham kama vivarjitam mind, is essentially, of only two types dvidham, are only of two types suddham, asuddham this is very clear, nobody can do sanshaya on this now you don't do it also either mind is pure or mind is impure now what is the identity of a impure mind? asuddham kama samkalpam a mind that is driven by kama(material desire), is impure here kama doesn't only mean desire for men-women kama means wanting to do this, that to create this, to create that I have made houses, I want to book four more flats I have one wife, I want one more I have two children, let me adopt another one I am the head of my house, I want to be head of my society too I am head of society, now may I become head of my village, town, city means may I become counsellor then I want to become an MLA, I want to become an MP then I want to become Chief Minister, then.... May I become Prime Minister of the country I want to keep on working, wanting to do more and more this race of doing more is the Kama so sometimes, I have a few disciple who keep on doing excessive work they do it of ashram only- the people who are in the world who are far from from Dharma, may they come on the path of dharma so they keep thinking and planning to organise big programmes for them Also, how to I provide comfort to everyone in the Ashram- they keep thinking about that So many times I tease them, "You have become too Kami" doing work is 'Kama' only- whether you do it for house or ashram- I say, 'How 'Kami' you are!' now see, there are two things...one soap is used to wash off stains from soiled clothes what is soap? artificial chemical dirt what is soap? it is artificial chemical dirt that is called a soap so to remove dirt, dirt is used okay, you got a stain of vegetable of any eatables, oil, grease- you put soap to cleanse it off it got cleaned, then someone said, "Soap you are so good, you removed the dirt" now I won't remove you from the clothes and you won't take out that cloth from water clothes got cleaned or became more dirty? soap is also a dirt- that needs to cleansed as well have to take that out from water also- so the dirt is removed by the dirt only May I become something in world- this is dirt I want to belong to my Guru- this is also an impurity but 'I want to belong to Guru'- this soap that is there will take you away from the race of desires of the Samsara I am giving an I give you an example- let me give you of my own because only you know of your mind what leela (play) you do I can only tell my own story so I was in school In my mind, it was there- where I used to go in Satsang- everyone used to wear white clothes Mahatmas who were there, they also wore white clothes now often they used to say white is bright, satvik so in my mind, I used to think I should also wear white I had no courage to say this to my mother because school uniform is colourful other clothes are there but they are colourful, but have desire for white so what to do then one day coincidence happened such that a cloth was as such on which little...it's called Mukash silvery...small dots are there so it was on white cloth I said, it's looking so good, should I take this? she said,"yes, take it" so the first one that I got was a designer white one it was sparkling white so I made shirt of it and with much happiness, I wore it then slowly what happened got another one then got another one then it happened that I wore colourful school uniform, rest of the time I then used to wear, and I loved it but do you know, until I was not wearing white, till then which colour should I wear? match the colours match the dupatta, match this then dye it, then haven't got- see for women the most problematic thing is not how much GDP has grown up or fallen down their problem is which colours should I wear? blue, red...will it look good? will this colour look good on me? won't look good? which colour turban should I wear? I know, I have some very dear people from Punjab the coloured shirt he wears, he carries the matching turban Since they are Sikh, they wear turban so the shirt has to coordinate with the turban- and the need to match is there but when I decided, now have to wear white only all the colors in the world for clothes are worthless for me now closing eyes like this, take out any cloth and wear it neither have to match anything nor have to think- when have to wear white only it's not that by wearing white chola or white clothes you become sadhu but, when you have chosen one colour, then now what? then the mind that runs after colour that should do this, wear this...that...this..that- It comes to an end the presence of desires in mind is mind's impurity See, they didn't say that you are impure if you steal They didn't say that if you say lie then... stealing, lying, doing adultery all these things that are there, these can be counted as social crime what do they have to do with the spirituality? Okay, I as you something-- a poor man is very hungry He doesn't have food- he looks straight and sees someone's chapatis He picked up that Chapati and ate it; Will you call it stealing? Forgive me...I won't call it stealing Satiating hunger is first responsibility To satiate hunger, he has eaten the Chapati He might have eaten of somebody's...what can be bigger than hunger? felt thirsty, drank water on water, there's nobody's signature is it your father's water? it's of real father's (the Lord), but not of yours father who is the real father? Only one is there- neither you have different nor I have different that's why somewhere I had discussed this in one of my Satsangs that remove surname from your names see think...think on this topic Let me reiterate, I don't say any such things which I haven't done myself I had removed my surname surname 'Grover' I said, "I am not Grover" I can grow on the path of Lord, rest I am not any Grover so I put Hari the surname of my Vidya Guru was Hari, so child of lion is lion so similarly child of Hari is Hari We cannot be something else! I am Lord's child to whom you think Lord...to whom do you think? They said, "No, No I follow Krishna ji" so dear one, what does lord Krishna says in Gita 'Avyaktam'...I am formless The one who doesn't have a body? What will be his caste? none water is water; felt thirsty, drank water- the matter is over where there is no you and me, no caste-creed is there Okay, here in Rishikesh, the renunciates that you see So, a renunciate has no caste until renunciation didn't happen, a Hindu is divided He might belong to one caste out of four if he becomes renunciate, then he says, "Everyone is one" so do two things...means do one out of two do one out of two, either you become renunciate casteism is over or by dropping your surname, whichever you like just put that name after your name- I am this only who am I? so whoever feels lovely, I am that only So, who has desires in mind, that's an impure mind pure mind is that who has no desires that is a pure mind beautiful explanation two types of mind are there one which is pure, one which is impure if you have desires, mind is impure if you have no desires, then your mind is pure, let me say this you felt hungry, you ate food, this is not desire- this is not indulgence this is the necessity of this body you felt sleepy, you slept this was necessity- this is also not the desire felt thirsty, drank water, this is also not a desire or a hankering this is body's necessity, but we shall drink that black carbonated drink after which belching will come now this became the desire felt hungry, got chapati- ate it we will eat Puri, we will eat Pizza We shall eat this, we shall eat that- this became desire. There is difference between two if worldly person eats chapati, then sadhu also eats chapati but whom do we call a sadhu? whatever he will get, he will take it He will take what he got in 'Prasad' from the Guru; He will take what he gets from Ashram "We don't eat this" no disciple can say like this to Guru A disciple means the one who doesn't has any will there is no will regarding food and drink May I be able to understand the Master- this is definitely his will may I acquire the divine wisdom- this is definitely his will rest, eating, drinking, wearing clothes- there is no choice in it; there is no hankering after it the mind absence of desire is pure and where there are desires- that is impure "suddham kamaha vivarjitam" pure mind is that where there is no desire of indulgence there is no desire for indulgence we don't count fulfilling necessities as desires but he is not dying after things- May I become big someone should ask me- this is the biggest desire Saheb says- Kabir ji says "Kanchan tajna sehej hai"- it is easier to discard the wealth "Sehej tiriya ka neh"- and the attachment of woman "Maan badhayi irikha, durlabh tajna eh"- but it is very difficult to cast off the desire for name, fame, and jealousy will leave wealth, will leave wife, but the desire of fame doesn't go desire of praise, may someone praises me- this desire doesn't go and the jealous doesn't go three things are very difficult to leave- one the need to be appreciated, two Two- jealousy, three- vanity; Very difficult to leave very difficult to leave. The jealousy just doesn't go! becomes jealous in every other thing At times, this jealousy is such a thing- like I made some disciples to sit down now I have started; I am teaching them some scripture and some of them were not included in that because now they are not ready by their intellect they are not in system so they were not part of it, so a disciple says why didn't Guru ji include us, are we half-blood? they packed the luggage and went away "We are going"- I told, "Give them the fare or leave them at the bus stand" this much courtesy should be there- insane minds will you give a 5 years old child to lug a 50 Kg sack? similarly, only what the intellect can grasp We will say only that much to you the things for which your intellect is not ready so what should be done? Reverence to whom? Reverence is not the name of folding hands like this and bowing down Reverence means what Guru is saying that is right and what the Guru is doing that is right doing objection on Guru's action, Is he a disciple? so that time, I strongly wish to be a renunciate with a stick- a stick remained in the hand
