सद्गुरु कौन AV Ep 1336 l Daily Satsang l 17th Oct 21 Anandmurti Gurumaa

this is such a taste which can be gotten by the ones sitting in the feet of master like whatever I am saying now, this is being recorded it will go to our App, will go to Facebook also, will go to You Tube also many people will listen to this sitting at homes but I can give this in written what you are experiencing now sitting here they can never experience it by seeing in TV screen the wait you were doing for the next session that you are sitting here away from from home to understand, to learn..that is your austerity that is your austerity, that is your yearning you are ready inspite of tolerating some difficulties despite tolerating pain, going away from home also leaving the comfort of home also sitting at some different country, different place..listening from master to keep the desire to meet master, the taste that is there in the longing that is in Facebook pressing a button in finger tip and screen started to play in phone and you started to listen to it you will miss all these journeys see I was in my master's place just few months ago...I went back there after a long time and from whom I got my Sanyas so when I went there so many things have changed..the but my disciples were with me and I was telling them, like I was pointing out that this is the spot where I would sit from morning, may be 7 all the way to 3 or 4 in the evening cold floor...no matting, no carpet we would be told that you will have to wait so we would wait..so we would..I would sit there never going out to eat food never going out even to bathroom because I won't drink anything or eat anything untill I have the 'Darshan' of my master so I would just sit there at that one spot 4 hours...5 hours..6 hours and sometimes then the message would come...No you will not be permitted to see him today...Okay when can I? okay come tomorrow. What time? Come 2 o'clock Fine..No complaints..I would go..stay in some cheap Inn. cold whole night or hungry or whatever...doesn't matter couldn't sleep whole night because I am waiting to go there I don't want to be late..I had no car..I had no money very little money...I will take a public bus travel another 2 hours to reach Shahbad and then again wait for the right person to whom I can convey that, 'I have come.' and I need to see and then they would say, "Okay wait." So you are waiting again and then finally you get the chance so you walk up those stairs...take the left turn and see the master is sitting on the cot absorbed in his meditative state and then you sit by his cot and then you are looking at him but he is somewhere else because he is meditating No again wait starts..when will he open his eyes... because we can't shout and say, "Oh! I have come." So you again wait looking at his beautiful face looking at his meditative eyes...waiting for him to open his eyes...and then he would open eyes...look at me...give me a smile and then sit up and then talk to me sometimes half hour sometimes 20 minutes...sometimes just 10 minutes and his chief disciple would come and nudge me, "Get out now." Your time is done...You can't complaint you are so happy to have that little tiny mini conversation you do your Pranam...and you come out dancing... beaming that you have met your master can anybody feel this by just watching their Guru's face in Facebook or You Tube or TV? No they can't...they can't if today someone says me that, "Change the spot." that you see him on TV or see him on video and don't wait this hard where it is not known that he will meet or not I will still choose that waiting will choose that waiting sitting on the cold rocks, because the enjoyment that is there in that waiting the enjoyment that is there in that love and the disciples those were there of my master we used to learn sitting near them I haven't learnt anything directly from my master by doing his darshan only fire of dispassion and love used to burn only small conversations used to happen but with whom I used to sit, who was his disciple he was equal to master for me...I used to learn from him and if talk is going on then let me narrate little story the story is that I was in 9th class at that time and I had heard a lot that a very difficult scripture is there of Vedanta so if someone reads that then.. will be bliss and every question will be finished so one day I prayed him that, "Will you teach me that scripture?" so he is seeing my face and says, "Okay you will read?" and he asked others if anyone wants to read..so 4 more persons came...so with 5 of us, the scripture was made to start in a week one ran away because it was difficult coming to second week, another ran away third one also ran away, fourth one also was dropped away, then only I was left but with me alone..by sitting for hours he used to teach, make me understand, answer my questions I used to have so many questions that sometimes listening to those questions I used to get scoldings "You think so much, think less." see, I say everyone, "Keep thinking." But you don't think, you don't contemplate, and I used to get scolding that, "Why you contemplate so much? don't do this much." leave it...only listen...and understand...I understood but he used to say, "your questioning doesn't stop?" but that is how you learn you ask question when you wish to know who I am? when you wish to know what is this ignorance which has made us so stupid that we have forgotten our own true self the pain and the anguish to seek..to know when that hurts you so much then you are going to think about it and then you are going to ask the questions so in Vedanta there is a very famous example of snake and rope that it was semi lit area there was a piece of rope but you thought that it is a snake so why did that snake appear? was that snake illusion in your mind or whether it was outside so philosophically there are 6 different school of thoughts which tell that why this snake was seen so you have to understand all the six school of philosophy Sankya, Bauddha, Jain..you know you are understanding all these things and for a 14 year old girl it was pretty tough...mind you now you might be 60 or 70, if some day I will talk about all that you will be banging your head, "Oh God how difficult it is?" but it was such a pleasure and such an adrenaline rush for me to sit and understand that and now someone will say, "I have not read any scripture now." so dear then you have not taken any taste also so for master it is said, "Who is master?" who knows the scriptures also and the scriptures tell about which truth he has experienced that truth also that's why 'Brahman Shrotriya' 'Brahman Nishthha' with these two things one master can become a master so knowledge of scriptures and truth who have both...now meeting such master is a thing of great good luck and listening sitting at such master is a better luck and accomplishing on the heard is even better luck in life when someone's any such passage starts where such stream of knowledge starts to flow its pleasure, its happiness, its bliss that is there how to describe that bliss? now one master is there who is outside 'Shotriya Brahmanisht' and another master is he who is inside me who is the master inside me? so because the question is very vague and the person is asking that what is the relation of meditation with medulla oblongata and what is the connection of eyebrows central point with the medulla, I wish to know and why it is important that we focus on these two points? see these days... half baked information is available everywhere and by just using some heavier words some newness is being brought but because the question has come...hence I am going to talk about this in your spine...there are some very sensitive points like I would say that there is a dormant energy lying at the root physically speaking that root is where we would say it is the area in between the anus and perineum that is the root chakra where the dormant energy or the Kundalini is lying and in the spinal cord physically speaking in the spinal cord there are further points which are like junction box or it is a wheel on which this energy is going to travel and it is going to make those chakras function and when these chakras begin to function it opens up or hold different world of experiences and mastery on your emotions and body too comes along with that..as per the Chakra Vigyan should I say so from the 'Muladhar' the root chakra then comes the second, the 'Swadhisthan Chakra' from above that is the third chakra which is we can physically speak it's behind the navel it is behind the navel..not.. not in the spinal cord because if you will cut somebody's spinal cord to find where these chakras are, you will not find anything at all Right? But physically speaking the location is behind navel, in the region of the spinal cord where it is at a subtler level or should I say in the subtler body above the 'Manipurak Chakra' is the 'Anahad Chakra' above the 'Anahad Chakra' physically speaking it is behind the heart then comes the 'Vishuddha Chakra' in the throat region and then comes the 'Agyan Chakra' that is the mid centre of the eyebrow the 'Agyan Chakra' and if we look in the spinal point of view then that is the area where Medulla Oblongata is..Right? now this 'Chakra'...the 'Agyan Chakra', 'Agyan' means 'to order' Right? 'Agyan' means who can give order? Who has authority to give order now who has the authority to give order? The guru has the authority to give order hence this sixth Chakra is called the 'Guru Chakra'
