Keeping their remembrance, we have become alike them We have become alike them is now again a trouble... Hmm! the troubles in love are also strange. We have become alike them is now again a trouble... Should we adore them or do worshiping of our own Self? There was Self; There was God and God was not separate from Self, Yet, finding the self became onerous, my dear! Sayers keep saying something..... My heart is engrossed... Query: I felt vibration in each and every part of body after practicing today's meditation technique and felt very good I wish to know whether this technique or other techniques like Bhramari or Om chanting that you are teaching us; are useful further on the path of Vedanta? First, I want to know which further path you are referring to? What is your ultimate destination, where you feel, "Okay! I have reached now." Like you reach Jalandhar city, New Delhi or Mumbai.... What is this "further" point in Vedanta that you wish to reach? Sit down. This back or forth is a matter of ego. It's a journey of Self-Realization. What is back or forth in it? Nothing! So, you'll have to drop your thought regarding back or forth. Were you thinking that how far have you reached on this path? ....that maybe, I am left behind and my neighbors have crossed ahead, and I am lagging back. This would be a childish thing. Now, when you are doing Hu Meditation, Pranav Meditation or Om chanting, whatever you're doing, you're enjoying yourself. Firstly, the question of reaching somewhere shouldn't arise at all. This is a journey from 'I' to 'Self'. Hmm! Just now said, There was 'Self'; There was 'God' and God was not separate from the 'Self' There was Self; There was God and God was not separate from the Self. But finding 'Self' from this 'I' became onerous. It's not a question of reaching out. Maybe, you all are required to change your attitude. I don't know where you're wanting to reach? That which exists, is present in this moment only. Whatever you're learning or practicing different techniques of meditation, Just enjoy that! When you think about future, you take unnecessary stress. We haven't yet reached....Ohh, It's limit! Parvati Ji says, "Janam koti lag ragar hamari, varhu shambhu nahi to rahu kunwari" If I will have to do penance till million of years, I will do it. Come what may, I will marry Shankar only. She is not doing calculations that nine weeks, four days, six hours, fifty-six minutes and sixty-eight seconds have passed but Shankar has not yet met me. She is not calculating... Now, it is about her inner quest that arose in her after she learnt about Shankar from her mother. There was a Shiv Lingam at her home that she used to ask about. So, her mother explained that this is Shiv Lingam. So, what does Shiv Lingam symbolises? It is a symbol of infinitum, omnipresence. Let me remind you again, it's just a symbol. There was a time when people were very wise and their mind was pure. You may call it to be the time of Golden Age (Satya Yuga). You may call it to be the time of 'Silver Age' (Treta Yuga) when people never lied and lived to their promise. Good values like donations, sanctity, morning & evening prayers were being practiced by all; even by the demons. So called devotees of today's time have become hypocrites but even the demons of that time used to practice austerity. what a big difference it's become. Now, as and when the effect of time increases.... the situations that were good started worsening gradually. There was a time when the power of concentration was so strong.... See! you read Yog Vashishta or read Shrimad Bhagwad Purana where so many instances have been quoted, Let me give you one example. Once upon a time, Sage Vashishta was seated in his cottage, and it was a beautiful full moon night. There were twinkling stars in a mild breezy night with no clouds. All the gardens of his Ashram were filled with blossomed flowers. It smelled great! Because of the mild cool breeze, the entire Ashram had a beautiful fragrance all over. There were dew drops on the green grass. All the small little plants had flowers blossomed according to the season. Because where the Mahatma meditates, there the trees give even more flowers. There, the trees bearing fruits give more fruits and plants bearing flowers also give more flowers. So, the Ashram of Sage Vashisht had spring all over the gardens. It's lonely, full moon night and the cool rays of the moonlight were spread all over the Ashram premise. And, Vashisht Ji is poised on his seat in lotus position with closed eyes Eyes are closed, the mind is immobile and quiet. It's blissful and in this blissful mind a thought arose... Should have the darshans of Mahadev... So, just a thought arose in his mind, 'Mahadev' and Mahadev appeared And Mahadev appeared. "Tell me! Sage Vashisht, "How have you remembered me?" He replied, "Oh Lord! I was just wishing to see your divine visage." Because as I saw moon in the sky, it was obvious to get reminded of Chandramauleshwara (Name of Lord Shiva); moon is embellished in your dreadlocks. After seeing moon, I got strong remembrance of you and wished to have your divine darshan. Meaning - He is not yearning or passionately praying to Lord; just one thought and Mahadev is right in front of him. Can you even think of the exorbitant level of thinking of such sages? It's not that some illusionary picture is formed in his concentrated mind; Not like that! Mahadev is apparently standing in front of him. Now, someone has also sent me a query about Mahadev; Who is he or where is he? Some says he is formless and others believe he is an Adiyogi Guru, and one who does penance on Mt. Kailasha. What's the reality? Kindly elaborate on this subject. Shiva! "If Shiva is formless and is divine then who gave teachings to Saptrishi and what is the significance of Mt. Kailasha? This question has been asked by Dhitesh See, be it Mahadev or Shankar or Saptrishi, these all are the Indian great sages. See! Matter doesn't die. Matter just changes its form. Now, the Science validates that. Nothing Changes! Only the forms and shapes differ; the five elements remain the same. The body originates from the five elements and gets absorbed by the five elements; the cycle continues. Your bodies originate and disintegrates but how they originate or degenerate, you don't know! But whom we call a Yogi or call Shankar or Mahadev, these are those great personalities who not only know how the body is formed or disintegrates but they also know when to form and disintegrate the body as per their will. Since majority of the people are unaware of these Yogic accomplishments, they doubt the substantiation of such accomplishments. It's madness! Let's say! In science today, nobody is going to be saying that you are bluffing. You know what? After extracting stem cells from your own body, skin tissues can be formed in a dish. With the help of 3D bio-printer, eye cornea or retina has been formed recently. Very soon, it will made available to the doctors and openly for public it will be used. Then, we won't have to wait for somebody to give donation of the eye retina. After death it used to be donated but generally people do not give it. Medical Research is still going on. If the cartilage of your knee is damaged, the stem cells of your own body are extracted and injected in your knee New cartilage gets generated in sixteen to twenty weeks. Similarly, efforts are being made to generate liver. Efforts are being made to generate different parts of the body from the stem cells of your own body. It's either taken from the bone marrow or from the fat of the body. The stem cells are derived from the body and passed through a process. It's already under research in Australia and in some of the hospitals in India too. So, maybe Knee transplant is also not required in the future, it might be possible in coming times. That, after injecting stem cells in your arthritis affected bones, the bones will start regenerating. Efforts have been carried out to generate tooth. The stem cells were injected where the tooth was lost and a new tooth generated at the same place after giving the treatment. When a scientist wearing a white coat does all this, then you admit, 'Okay! all this is happening.' No one feels astonished. But you are forgetting one thing, The knowledge to which science is giving an outline today, the ability to give shape to this knowledge in a yogic way has ever been in this country. Many people make fun of it that how is it possible. If India was ever advanced, then why it is lagging today? You're forgetting the fact that this country had to face slavery for two thousand years. Not only the Princely States but French, Portuguese, Dutch Huns, Turkish, Afghans, Mongolians..... who had not come to this country? and the rule of Britishers continued for almost three hundred years If you look back into the history of this country, it was considered to be a Golden Bird; that much rich it was. But I am very happy for certain things. For example, science is saying that in the coming times, the extracted stem cells from your body... Means, you need a child but you don't want to marry or may be its not possible to produce child due to your social status, a time will come when you will go to clinic and stem cells from your body will be collected and maybe nine months later you will be asked, "Please come and take your baby. Your baby has been made to order."
