Happiness and sorrow both should become equal for me, Neither should I feel condemnation nor praise, I ought to feel your remembrance and be in love with you I should fall in love with Rama.... I should fall in love with Rama.... Pray to the Lord from the core of your heart so that we genuinely fall in love with Rama and don't just keep singing. I should fall in love with Rama..... If there is life, there is a body. So, the sensory pleasures shall bound to exist through touch, sight, hearing, smell and taste. Despite enjoying these pleasures, Oh Lord! your remembrance should stay in my mind for ever and ever and should stay round the clock. This feel should always stay in the mind. This samsara is a fair and in the fair there would be something good or bad. Amidst this, I should keep remembering you fondly and do selfless deeds. This should be the prayer; be it a moment of pleasure or grief, the mind should stay in parity. be it condemnation or praise; See! everybody likes praises and dislike condemnation. However, sometimes we expect praises but we get criticism as destined. What will you do? Luck, My dear! This too is luck. What can be done? This is destiny. The 'fate' if I explain as per astrology, one is bound to face allegations due to certain combinations that form in the chart. False accusations will be made, No matter how much he cries, screams, even wears rings or evil eye pendants but still he will be accused. Had accusations been escaped with the help of Yantra, Mantra or Tantra, Lord Krishna would have been the first one to escape. How many charges were made against him! Thief, Fugitive and what not! Say whatever but our Lord Shree Krishna kept playing flute and remained cool. Because it made no difference to him whether people called him a thief or God. Call him a thief or God yet he remained cool and calm. So, if the God is such, same should be his devotee. On the contrary, the people are so cheat that they cry out loud and complain, if somebody speaks against them. Insane people! The more you would want people to respect you, the more you'll be disrespected. The more you'd want that people shouldn't use foul words for you, the more you'll have to hear nasty words. So now, play a reverse game. What is the reverse game? It is that if one knows that he or she would have to face false accusations, he or she wouldn't bother upon getting falsely accused. Say anything, but he or she won't mind. because we get praises or condemnation as it is destined. This is a harsh truth that I am discussing right now. Some are such that they do the most unethical things in their life but their image never gets impacted. People also wonder and ask God to look at him. And there are certain people who even sneeze, they get accused of detonating a bomb. That person wonders, "I just sneezed and since when this sneeze was considered as detonating bomb." How did this happen? In this country.... Let's go in our freedom time, the struggle of freedom.... How many people were there who hanged themselves or stayed in jail, were killed, suffered and their homes were ruined? But there are only a few of them whose names are known to us. All know about Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, Sukhdev, Subhash Chandra Bose or Chandrashekhar Azad. But were there only these five freedom fighters? Did only five of these people gave their all in the freedom movement of the country? There were so many but see people don't know them. Those whose names we know, have certainly done a great work but there would have been such others who would have done even great work than the known ones. But no one knows about them, they simply sacrificed their lives for the country. They got martyred for the sake of country. Somebody asked, "If you die and the country gets freedom, what will be your benefit?" He said, "whether I remain alive or not to see the day when my country will be free, but I am feeling happy thinking that my blood is also shed in the freedom of my country." It's a fact that upon weighing, the weight of Bhagat Singh had increased the day when he was to be hanged. Normally, the weight of the prisoners who have been sentenced death reduces due to fear and anxiety; but the blood of Bhagat Singh was found increased, his weight was found increased. That was an amazing thing for the Jailer. How is it possible? His weight increased out of joy. Because I'm going to get married with my country's freedom. Hey! Are you getting married? You will die. You will be hanged till death. Your mother is crying, All the family members are crying. They aren't seeing you becoming a bridegroom. He said that's a different matter but I am going to meet my bride. He is calling hanging as his bride. He is calling the noose (hanging) his bride. And he hanged, He had kissed the noose before hanging. After kissing the noose, he had requested not to cover his face so that he could see his bride. He had requested, not to cover the face with black cover. He hanged happily. So, we all know about Bhagat Singh. But what about all those uncountable men and women those who sacrificed themselves on this path but no one knows about them? This is what I call destiny. Somebody will get so famous and other will remain unknown. So, you will get as it is destined. Whatever will be your present deed, you will bear its fruit today. What do we call destiny? The sum total of my past karma. All those actions that I have done in the past but their fruit that I have to bear in the present moment is called destiny. So, all those arrows that we have shot, we cannot escape from those arrows. Then, a seeker accepts everything that comes. Why? The mind is delved deep in the devotion of God. You may call him Krishna, Rama Waheguru, Brahma or Formless, doesn't matter. How do you call him? And the one whose mind falls in intense love with the Divine, this Samsara turns to be a fair for him. Joys and Sorrows turn to be events, like it happens to others happen in my life too. Witnesses everything. 'To jag mele mein chalte-phirte, Saath lagan se tujhe simarte' 'Karam karu nishkam, Teri lagan lage' Now, you have to keep this dedication. It doesn't happen on its own; It has to be cultivated. This is not that flame which will burn on its own, it has to be blazed. So, with the intention of igniting this flame in your mind, you all have come here. And I am discussing this matter during the first day itself, so that you stay reminded that you have to work really hard. You have to put your whole-hearted efforts. So, in the first meeting today, you should make a firm resolve with all your heart so that in the days to come you completely transform. Get transformed to a swan from crow, Knowledgeable from the ignorant and wise from a fool. This is very much possible! It is possible. How much efforts we put in with resolve and dedication..... So, this should be our belief This will happen, surely happen. There is no reason for it to not happen. You shouldn't ever doubt. What will happen with this? This will surely happen. The seeds of knowledge that are getting sown in your minds, this knowledge is Invincible, immortal and Indestructible. Your intellect might forget what I said but everything has got stored in your sub-conscious mind. You might not avail benefit from this knowledge in your present life, yet these seeds of knowledge will remain in your subconscious mind. Body dies, doesn't matter. You will get new body but this mind will continue the same. So, the knowledge goes along with you. The body remains with you for a limited time but mind is with you eternally. So, a wise person doesn't care about the body, rather cares about the stuff that will go into this mind. Today, after supper please gather here at around 8:15 pm. In the evening, all would meditate upon Pranav, Omkaar. And please mind about one thing while meditating upon Pranav, Keep your concentration upon the sound vibration of the Pranav and while keeping the eyes closed, try to visualize illuminating milky white 'OM' at the frontal part of your forehead. It may or may not be visible but you should keep trying repeatedly with your imagination power. Breath In - Chant 'Om', Breath In - Chant 'Om'. At the same time, keep on trying to see the brightening 'Om' at your forehead. If it works, well and good! If doesn't then I will make you practice this method again in my presence. with which.... Understand like this, as you are able to see my face with open eyes and if you want to remember my face with your closed eyes, Can you do so or not? Like the way you are able to do this, similarly you have to visualize 'Om'. Although, to help you, the picture of 'Om' will be displayed upon the screen so that you can see it outside to visualize within. But our target is to visualize 'Om' at our forehead with the power of our mind. In case you are unable to visualize within, you may gaze at the picture of 'Om' displayed at the screen and chant 'Om' But keep on closing eyes in between... So that you can visualize and see it right here, in your head, in your mind, and you are doing the Pranav. The chanting of 'Om' will continue, first with breath and later 'Bhramari' 'Bhramari' means plugging both the thumbs in your ears so that you don't listen to any outside sounds. Breath in... Humming sound.... When you do the humming like a bee, you will focus on your throat and forehead. Whatever its vibration or sensation you feel in this area, try to concentrate or focus in this area while practicing 'Bhramari'. So, 'Pranav' will be your practice for tonight. Go to sleep and you are aware of the schedule of your morning session.
