Awakened but still asleep. And for being in the semi-conscious state for long your body and your breath is spoiled. Eating food in half unconsciousness, that is why how much eaten ... didn't know. What should be eaten that is not remembered. When to sleep, like now you are hearing satsang that... should wake up in the morning. Nice You slept at night, okay I will wake up early in the morning. There won't be the need to do anything. Listening will be that absolute. There is no thoughts of past, there is no imagination of future, there is no cloud, there is no mist. When mind becomes fog free then the listening becomes complete and when the listening becomes complete only listening can change everything. Your There is problem in your listening also, dear. Someone had asked a question about the story of that day that who was the five faced snake who was Protecting the fort of Puranjan? This five faced snake is Prana. The protection of this body fort is done by this Prana. Pran, Apan, Udan, Vayan, Saman, these five sub types of Prana is guiding and guarding your body systems. And when the Prana leaves the body only then death happens, the fort of this body falls. In between conscious and subconscious there is semi-conscious mind and that is why life is passed in unconsciousness. Does not realise, when... turned 75 years old. Will not realise, when... turned 80 years old. and you won't know when you breathed out and then breath didn't go back in. People will keep asking, what had happened? What had happened? What had happened to them ? This body is being run by Prana. Now see to take your semi-conscious mind towards the conscious mind the most powerful medium is Pranayama. The problem is If you do Pranayama attentively, then If doing it semi consciously... nothing will happen. He will just breathe in and out that's it, that's not Pranayama. Pushing air in and out of the body is not Pranayama no.. no.. no.. but if you learn the right way of doing Pranayama, which is not possible if you don't have a yogic body so meaning doing asanas become primarily important. From it, lungs will expand properly from it breath will go right, breath will go right only then you can do Pranayama. If you don't give attention to these things then what will happen? will always live in semi-conscious state. In between consciousness comes for sometime like if there is a programmed robot, woke up in the morning, went to bathroom, drank tea, read newspaper, had breakfast, went to work, lunch time, it's 2 o'clock, eat your meal, it's four o'clock, drink tea, it's eight o'clock, go home, it's nine o'clock, eat dinner, it's eleven o'clock, sleep. Then again morning, then start again like a robot, here where do you use your conscious mind? Everything is running through your sub-conscious mind. This at this time, this at this time, this at this time not learning anything new, you are not doing anything new. There is no use of conscious mind at all. How long?
