However, studies are important for you! The certification of school is significant for you. Therefore, not only you pay the hefty amount of fees but also follow the timings of the laid schedule. But in context of Dharma, you don't have any interest in Lord or Supreme Knowledge. So, you ask to schedule the events as per your convenience and availability. I was telling someone, "not everyone is able to visit India because they have important engagements here." So, how would you come to India to practice Meditation or Supreme Knowledge? So, whenever I come to America, I ensure arrangement of at least one Meditation Retreat or Anand Utsav so that you get a chance to learn spiritual practices while staying here only. So that you may learn, how to pacify and turn your mind inward. Now, the programme is scheduled in New Jersey for three days which would begin from Friday morning and run till Sunday evening. During the retreat, there will be sessions for learning Pranayama (Breathing Techniques), Yogasanas (Body Postures) and Meditations. So everything would be taught. How to make life better would be taught. So, you're welcome! However, people make excuses. Like, they have to attend wedding of a distant relative Whose? Wedding of the niece of their cousin. "I have to go there." "I am going on an excursion to Jamaica." "All our flights are booked" but next year for sure. I said, "See! next year is uncertain; moreover, my visa is getting expired too." I am not sure whether I would come next year or not; it's uncertain. But you're so sure that you would remain alive till next year and assure your presence in the next year's event. Well! I am not sure what would happen next moment and you are so sure for your next twenty, thirty, forty years of life. I say, "If you need to learn something, learn now." Don't postpone it. Why? See, we postpone things which are not important to us. Things which are important to us, we would like to do it now. Your husband is having a heart attack. You don't say to your husband, "What is this? You're a fool?" Why are you having a heart attack? I was ready to go to a party and you're having a heart attack, Silly boy! Wake up! No heart attack. No! Stop it. Well! you don't say that. If he's having heart attack, you'll drop everything and you'll take care of the husband. I really hope so you do that. And same goes for the husband and to the wife. You know sometimes, a man was saying, "My wife is built strong." Why? He said, "She had a brain stroke, she survived." Then she had a heart attack, she survived. Then she had a huge allergy attack, choking happened and she couldn't even breathe. We took her to ER, she survived. My wife isn't going to die soon. No chance! And every time I think, "Ah! that's my lucky day" But she again makes me unlucky. "I don't know why?" And I was wondering, "Is he talking about his wife or his enemy?" Yeah! But Jesus says, "Love thy enemy" So, you live with your enemy and yet you are wondering when this person is going to poof away. Story is this that actually you don't love anybody. You just love yourself. You love a husband not for husband but you love the husband because he makes you feel good. And he loves and respects and gives you money to spend and gives his credit card. Tell me truly, "Is it right or not?" So do you love a husband for sake of husband or do you love because he's serving you? Do you love your boy and your girl or do you love the fact that they love you? And they respect you. And when you'll be old they'll serve you. So, you love your boy, your girl, your children because they love you back. And say if your child hates you, fights with you, takes away all your money, sells your car, sells your house without telling you Would you love your child? You'll kill them with your own hands! "Panchadasi" says that nobody loves anybody, everybody loves just themselves. And whosoever loves them, they love them. And if they don't love them back, they don't love them. Clear cut rule. There's no third or fourth option over here. We all seek eternal bliss. We all seek happiness. And whosoever we get this happiness from, we love them. We love things because they deliver happiness to us but if these things start hurting us, we would get rid of them by putting in a garage sale. You had a best sofa that you enjoyed a lot for a long time. Then it's springs got loosened and started making sounds that whenever you sit on that sofa, people ask what sound was that? What did you do? You say, "No I didn't do anything, it's the sofa that made such sound." You know, some people have such seats in their homes, leather seats. You sit on that and it seems you have farted. But actually it is the sound of the sofa which is coming. So, when you don't like a sofa, then you say, "Okay! Let's sell it." Put it on e-bay. Put it on a garage sale. Let's sell it. Let's get a new one. You loved your sofa until you stopped loving it. You stopped loving it, then you don't like it. And sometimes you don't like a house, you sell it. You don't like car, you sell it. Somebody said but I cannot sell my husband or my wife. We can only pray! And, I know of a husband. He lived in a separate room, wife is a separate room. I said, "What's the story?" He said, "Story is this.......she snores and she said he snores." "He snores." He says, "She snores." Who snores? Actually, they both snore. "So, I cannot sleep with him." So he's sleeping in his own room and she's sleeping in her own. Both of them have their own schedule. When did the husband leave for his job, wife is unaware and when the wife left for her job, husband is unfamiliar. Sometimes, they just meet each other once or twice during daytime. Twice only during those days when they come in time or leave in time; else they don't even see each other. She says, "I can't sleep with this man." Now, this man was a darling just sometime ago. And they were the ones who used to swear that they can't live without each other. And then they say, they can't live with each other. So, he stays in his own room and she's in her own. So, who's dear? Husband or sleep? Come on! What do you love more? Your sleep or your husband? Your sleep or your wife? Say it.... Say it louder. Sleep! Right. We love our sleep because sleep gives you rest. Sleep gives you relaxation. Sleep energizes you. And only then you can work, if you've slept well. So sleep is very very important. What I wish to say is - Everything is secondary to your comforts. That is why I say: All of you sitting in this hall and all the people who are outside this hall on this globe, everybody just love themselves. And rest is just, whosoever gives me love, comfort, attention - come, come, come, you are in my group. Those who don't - "Get out!" You know, you chuck them out. Ah! Who says that others love you? No, No, No...... It's just a matter of convenience. It's just a matter of convenience. That is Truth. Sages have always said that dive within yourself for eternal happiness. Sensory pleasures would sometimes be there and sometimes not. At times, you may eat the best of delicacies that are well-cooked but some times despite availability of tasty food you can't eat due to acidity. Are you getting me? So, the happiness out of materialistic things is not permanent; at times it's there and at times it's not. And the happiness out of these materialistic things is only momentary. However, the happiness of the True Self is eternal. That is ever-prevalent, it's forever and is always there. The joy, the happiness which you experience when you are meditating is the purest form of joy which is possible. For any human being to experience, the pleasure which you get from objects or sensual gratification is very flimsy and shallow. ...is very polluted also. Because there is a need of that object or a person to be in that, only then you will get the pleasure. Whereas when you meditate, you don't need any object or any person to make you happy. Because you are being happy within your own self. When we fall in love with the Divine, there is no adulteration in the happiness out of that devotion or love with Divinity. When we remember our Master or love our Master, there is no adulteration in the happiness arising out of the love with the Master. See! Master cannot say that if you offer $100 donation every time, I will bless you else I won't. Hmm? You may go empty handed, Guru loves you. You may take $100 million, Guru loves you. You may not give even a single flower, Guru loves you. You may give a bunch of bouquets to the Guru, Guru still loves you. Guru is not expecting anything from you. And Guru doesn't want anything from you. Guru doesn't need anything from you. So, in this world if somebody can love you without any selfish motive, then it is just your Guru and nobody else. No wife. No husband. No mother. No father. No children. No friends. No colleagues. Nobody can love you unconditionally, the way the Guru loves you. When we remember Parmatma or remember Lord, Now see, there can be any the form in your mind. All are the forms of Lord. Be it Lord Krishna, Lord Rama, Lord Shiva or Guru Nanak All the forms are of that one formless. Let's say you are in love with Shri Krishna, So the remembrance of Krishna, the physical form of Krishna, glimpse of Krishna If this gets deepened in the heart, wherever you may stay and in whatever country Any time, anywhere, you recalled Krishna in heart and got filled with bliss inside. But if you didn't taste the flavor of devotion then Krishna is just a statue for you that is installed in temple. But if you truly fall in love with Krishna, then he's is a epicure who offers pure nectar. Whose nectar? Nectar of bliss! He makes us a receptacle and fills us with bliss and love. I sing a beautiful song of Lord Krishna in which he is addressed as 'Rasiya'. 'Rasiya' means nectar 'Ras' means nectar. Krishna means the nectar. You are just the purest nectar ever possible. And you are the one who fills my mind with so much of nectar. Nectar of joy! Nectar of peace! Nectar of calmness! And I am rejoicing this beauty which is getting poured in my mind. I have come to your door, Oh! Rasiya.... I have come.... I have come to your door with a desire of your glimpse, Oh! Rasiya Came with a desire of your glimpse, Oh! Rasiya. I have come.... I have come to your door, Oh! Rasiya.... Came with a desire of your glimpse, Oh! Rasiya. I have come to your door.......... You have drenched me in the divine colors of love, Oh! Rasiya You have drenched me in the divine colors of love, Oh! Rasiya I have come to your door, Oh! Rasiya Came with a desire of your glimpse, Oh! Rasiya I have come to your door, Oh! Rasiya....
