that death will come and he will die Who says that death will come and he will die Drop is just one and will merge in the ocean Drop never dies, it just merges in the ocean Drop becomes the ocean When a drop merges in the ocean, it is not death of that drop It is that the drop has become the ocean now In the vision of ignorant that drop is dying But from the vision of wise Drop is merging in the ocean Your perspective is different what you call sadness Sant believes it as destiny What you call as true Wise knows that as myth What you call death Wise call that changing of scene difference of view is there How you see the things that's how you will understand and feel those things Mahatma is the one for whom living or dying of this body makes no difference Whether he gets praises from world or the world is beating him with shoe He doesn't care about that and those who care He is not a Sant So don't try to judge somebody and don't try to create an opinion about Sant Mahatma, Oh! why does that happened with them They are not objecting, why are you doing? so much stupidity is filled in your mind that You have objections for yourself, for them also you have it that why it happened with them What, Why and How ? Person is not bad but destiny is such that he has to go then he went then I think is he that person who was crying "I can't live without you'' , now he is living also He hasn't died yet used to say, "I can't live without you", now he is living How come he is living? Heart relationship's are just false heart relationships are not true not at all true I am remembering the lyrics of this song, "Dil cheez kya hai, aap meri.." See all It is good.. It is because the master is beetle and the disciple is just ordinary one but living in the vibrations of master, master makes disciple like himself wo karle aap saman He makes like himself so We might be able to paint such color This wish inside us "bhav jal peye tha tha maare" The oceans of feelings and emotions in our mind is drowning us 'Tha tha mare' meaning is waving Like the waves of ocean bangs loud on the edge In Punjabi language we say, 'Thha lagi' 'Thha' meaning hit hard So in the same way these waves of our emotions hits us hard 'Dove na disan kinaare' Both the edges are not visible We are drowning in mind's feelings 'Tudh bajo keda thare' Who can redeem us without you, master only asking for this from you that's what we want from you, we don't drown We swim swim fly along with you You are flying, we must also fly We could break our cage and fly with you and can follow your footsteps like you are drunken..we can be like that This is very lovely, a very sweet is a talk of wish and prayer said in this solicit from you this is practice which you will do afterwards and not now and I would like because weather has also favored It's nice and pleasant Can sit anywhere You have to practice 'Bhramari' Bhramari means Closed both the ears from thumb Inhale deep breath and as the bee makes sound Don't say 'Om' Only the tone of Om have to bring out from the throat Now the important part is that when you have plugged your ears with your thumb You have to inhale deep breath Mmmm.... sound When you will do this sound of bee Then at that time your focus should be on your forehead Eyes or forehead or head At some portion if you can keep, that is good, eneven if you keep at one place that is also fine So long deep inhalation is necessary then afterwards doing this sound of bee, the form of Pranav that is vibrational form Just keep on doing this, if your arm gets tired by keeping here Keeping arm down for sometime, inhale deep breaths and then do it again If doing this for some time if you feel that now mind quiet Then don't do anything, just by sitting quiet taking deep inhalation and exhalation Keeping the body stable and sit for sometime By doing bhramari Your body has many benefits Biggest benefit Those who have hormonal imbalance Females have but male too have Which we call andropause or menopause, males too have it plus sixty or fifty five, coming near to sixty their hormones too move towards getting imbalance That's why medically they say man becomes like woman Even changes come to them also So those who have hormonal imbalance that is cured It will not happen suddenly, by doing it will be happen, Secondly night's sleep will be very deep Those who have some issues with sleep sleep breaks easily such people Do meditation of Bhramari on 'Om' So their sleep will be very deep, dreams will be less and sleep will be deep, Third If you keep on doing bhramari then by doing bhramari your vocal chords become good the voice becomes sweet Now there are more deeper principles another deeper practices are there If someone starts doing those practices Speech perfection can also be there but that is a later talk, now which is being said Just start doing it little, even that would be enough so do bhramari and the appropriate time for doing bhramari is when there is no noise around you It's much better even in night or when you are alone in a room Much better If you hare having space in your house then keep an empty room don't keep anything there, only your Asana or a picture of Master, rest room should be empty By sitting there, with the naked walls The reverberation, the vibrations becomes very beautiful So the hormonal imbalance gets cured, sleep gets well and a weird kind of joy comes and comes very fast Process is simple First inhale breath then do humming sound Focus on your eyes or forehead or should be on head for how long you can do this practice, must practice after saying this...
