a [Music] [Music] this ayurvedic treatment is wonderful especially when you are traveling um in between different zones like when I go from here to say Canada um I have a very interesting equipment and that is I can do shirodara wherever I can go it's a nice equipment uh um but in asham this is our experience that all those people who have traveled like 16 18 hours from Australia or from America or Canada um to fit into the time zone because our body Rhythm gets Disturbed the Circadian rhythm that's why the sleeping hours are changed and new place and timing is different day is night night is day 14 to 16 hours uh difference is there so shirodara is one thing which not only brings a beautiful balance in your physical body but it also gives a beautiful impact on your mind um I will suggest you that um continue with this Shuda procedure with abam abam means massage of the whole body from head to toe there is a system to do it which is followed here and in this system the there is lot of toxic heat which gets created in our system so that heat has to be removed how and that is with the eating good cooling uh vegetables and drinking loads of uh if possible coconut water or vegetable juice I would say like carrot beet apple bit Ginger bit lemon in that this this works great also ingesting a one big spoon of DIY ghe M that will improve your HDL actually and um the more we are in sync with the nature eating right sleeping in time and then with this shirodara and abang this uh quickly changes our inner clock so the body begins to go nicely and gels into this new time zone and that will help um any traveler if they can have access to this kind of ayurvedic treatment or also which the thing which I would like to suggest it for one and all and that is that you do bramar brah pray um when you are like traveling east to west zones at least for 25 minutes or so breathe in and do the humming [Music] now if you close your uh ear with the thumb now this uh will further enhance because the vibration of this humming sound can be easily felt in the neck uh temporal region in your inside meaning in the throat in the mouth in the head the soul region can experience if if you apply your focusing onto that area if you are attentive then when you are doing the humming you can feel that sensation which gets created and with feeling of this sensation of humming of M and taking in breath in doing the humming feeling the sensation this to again will calm your mind so beautifully and bring a beautiful balance in between your left and right hemisphere because we are working on the vishi chakra and also on the Aya chakra in a very indirect way so inhaling doing the humming keeping the focus onto the whatever sensation arises when you do it this this will give um nice soothing sleep but I have another point which I want all the women who are going through menopause or are going through the paropa that's the time where acute hormonal imbalance is going to happen The Hot Flashes the heat in the body or the stiffness which comes in the body the aches and pains which might come along so for that getting your pulse diagnosed from the there and then getting proper hubs now all hubs can't be generalized for everybody everybody is different so if your V is more agitated if your p is more aggravated um then the hubs will change it's not like one tablet for everyone now everybody is unique and IA respects the person and individuality so the body uh diagnosis with the pulse and the dasan that's seeing the patient taking the pulse making a calculation and then after taking some brief history of the patient then the physician will advise what hubs are good but in any case if you are not sensitive to Dairy then a spoonful of he in the milk itself is a great brain suda it's it's a great brain suda now when somebody says no I am allergic to um uh dairy or wheat or I'm you know gluten or not or this or that I say no that's it's not you are um allergic to those things all these things are great and good if they were cause of creating this is then they should have done on all bodies but not everybody is um suffering from such allergies it's more of your own body so there is another Kaa which you need to learn and that's the kunjal Kaa once you learn the Kunal Kaa you do it every once every 15 days fortnightly two months along with some hubs allergy gone I have scores of people who came here with many allergies and then they are minus the allergies no allergies now so follow that and in the meantime enjoy this Pleasant spring time of us when it is a fate or a sports day or a games period very happy otherwise not happy and but he pressurized pushed me inspired me and then he said that I couldn't do this I couldn't learn language you should okay but it was tough at that time now it's like easy that day a young boy from Punjab came to meet he saw me talking to Pluto and he said oh even he speaks and understand English yes yes so language is not the issue issue is the knowledge if it is decimated in language of your choice it just makes it easier to understand so for all the Europeans who are here that's why I I every day evening I am talking a bit in English so that they don't feel left out they don't feel left out that's the whole point all is one family so have to take care of everybody [Music] con for [Music] Jan
