For this, that parents send with force? for that If we won't study then we won't be able to become nawaab This is a phrase, if you will study then and if you won't study then they say like that you will be in vain or something like that Few days back, when CBSE exams were out and some children were fail and they have done suicide I was in Pune, their I got the news When I was in Nasik, that time also have read in newspaper student failed in the terminal exams jumped off from the roof of school When I went to Nasik last year even in Nasik, in the same way a student did He was in Eighth class and he jumped off family members and school was in trouble How a child can think of dying but the pressure of parents is so much Bring more percentage and if you are not studying with that interest then it becomes difficult to bring more percentage and the big thing is that, all the five fingers of the hand are not same one is big, other is small one is thumb If you say that thumb is dwarf, what is his role? If thumb is not there, then? Many task would be difficult to perform If your third finger is not there, or second finger is not there It would be difficult to even hold a pen, so many things are there When we see, then it feels that this finger is small or thumb is bigger There's a difference in two but fingers doesn't compete with one another but in society we are trained to do competition Come first in everything come first come first, everybody can't come first some will come second or third some came third because some is on fourth some came fourth because some is on fifth someone has come fifteenth because some is on sixteenth Did you get? The truth is this that I On our grading system I am not in favor with that too I am not in favor of this system No child should be failed Every child has it's own capacity Every child has his own level of absorption Every child can have different way of writing and giving expression So In American schools they don't fail anybody, a,b,c B+ C+ C- B- In such way grading, although If somebody get C or C- there they feel bad about it but fail means you are not promoting to the next class so strong inferiority complex will come in his mind that I will not and all my friends will go to next class then the higher percentage due to today's competition for getting peer pressure of parents and teachers even under that pressure where will he enjoy studying? Studying feels difficult and some teachers are so boring that their style is strangely childish see, system in which we are living that system doesn't have any place for honesty Students are going to the school but they get happy when vacations come when you suddenly go to school and find out it's a holiday that's great but school is open and there is good feeling to go to school going and there is an excitement for that and subject which you are studying, you have interest in that too then maybe school is not punishment school too can be a place for entertainment I would say that it would be Edu-entertainment where you are taking the education, where you are learning but at the same time, going there you feel good and there you find fun to go so teachers are like that, very good what to say about them? Books and syllabus that is there, that is definitely good Question is, we should take books in such a way that from these, We are learning something from them, these books are making us learn many things Even today, those who are wise students they never put foot on their books and copies Why? Because we are believing it as a symbol of knowledge From wherever we get knowledge, that becomes revered and those who can't respect their books, their teachers or their school From my perspective, his is not a good student and when you not a good student, then will you study? so the first and the foremost... your intentions With which intention you are going Still studies in school but after entering college, a new freedom is there and no discipline and no one is going to ask you where you are going and where you are not going so in such case sit and drink in canteen, talk and bunk the classes watch movie that's it, and you are making fool of yourself It's okay Your parents didn't know that you have bunk the class They don't know that running from school or college you are in some sale or some shopping mall or cinema and sitting in some multiplex you were eating the popcorn and watching the movie but think a little One who is in hot sunlight, afternoon, winters and rain leaves home to earn money to that person have to hear the abuses from his boss His juniors ran away, sometimes Sometimes, in factory there are so many issues How many problems does he face? earns money and bringing it at home Bearing all your expenses, paying the fees so we must have humanity that we don't disrespect it I believe that Breaking any rule have some weird fun When everybody is doing work with discipline and you suddenly you break that rule and do something different so there is an excitement in that but we call that excitement as a cheap thrill cheap fun which will be very expensive one day like, boys or sometimes girls too rides scooter, motorbike or cars and so much fun comes by crossing the red light That when everybody was in queue, we ran away Now what bravery you did? If you have to show bravery so today I was thinking We have never done it before but thought was coming in the mind that some companies are there who adventures so if you want then, any adventure group that they are specially meant for children Go in such adventure group Go and take thrill there They tie a rope in ganga, grab the rope and cross it Now this is a challenge They hang the stone on the wall grab the rope and the gear is there for protection, you can't do it on your own Don't do it anywhere It can be a risky affair Security is there, if you loose your hand then the security belt will hold you but if there is something adrenaline rush which you find If you have to so such things, climb a mountain, bungee jump or have to do rafting, white water rafting, many things are there which you can do but this adrenaline rush if you are getting it by breaking the red signal then you are a fool
