So every day a pit should be dug in the same place, then you will definitely get it So for meditation, sit for pranayama daily Jap should be done daily, everyday What will happen, if in one minute your mind has crore thoughts then by practice it will come down till lakhs then it will be in few thousands then in few hundreds and then in Some will be left in hundreds and then a time will come that only a single thought will be left that everything is silent everything is still Even this is a thought but then only this thought will remain and a time will come when this thought will also absorbed and when this last thought also get absorbs, that state is called meditation Mediation doesn't means you sit with closed eyes, or doing pranayama or doing mantra Meditation means when mind becomes totally thoughtless, no thought is there now So this is a process from which you have to make your mind go through this everyday Like you bathe daily from body, similarly pranayama is bath for your mind Someday if mind got a little distracted then don't sit for Nadi shodhan directly, first do Bhastrika then Like if thunder storm occurs, the clouds fly away and the sky get clears again So Bhastrika is that thunderstorm of breath which blows away thoughts of mind, how bad the mind is or in depression or in sadness or in pain, in tribulation, do this, try it, You'll know it by doing it
