Everybody knows the answer 206 bones are there Do you think that how many bones can possibly break when you fight? On the skeleton, there are muscles all the important organs like brain inside the skull lungs and heart in our chest rib cage diaphragm and the balance of our body are on the bones Keeping that skeleton strong is the most important thing If the foundation of the house is weak the building will fall Similarly if your bone structure is not strong then your whole body can be helter-skelter Answer my question on the basis of your common sense or education What are the bones made of? calcium is a very important component... apart from that, what else is there? Phosphorous What are the sources of calcium? Only milk? From where does brain get its orders from? ? From your blood. Your blood has those properties which are analyzed by hypothalamus Hypothalamus is the disc of the brain computer. Functioning of disc decides the functioning of computer If the GB/disc space is less the computer can't work properly Similarly the processing of your brain and body, the process becomes slow if the pituitary gland is not functioning properly For the smooth working of pituitary gland Yoga Asanas along with two other things which enhances the functioning of pituitary gland First is Trataka meditation Third thing is Mantra Jap Combination of these three things From the age of 8 an onwards If you keep practising these three things then your physical, mental and intellectual capabilities will be great Firstly, to keep bone structure strong the most important asana (pose) is the Tree pose which is called Tada Asana By practicing Tada Asana, your height your spinal strength your bone structure gets strength The second is Surya Namaskar Today was the first session of Surya Namaskar Were you able to remember all the names or not? not yet?
