find your mind is so sharp but if you have food addiction which most of people have you will be hungering for food but if the hang is too much too loud then go out go for walk go for jog do ASA do a dance distract yourself and uh our bodies are already storing maybe 100 to 200,000 of calories in edpost tissues in liver it's everywhere right so when we don't put food from outside body needs uh energy then it takes up the energy which is already stored in form of fat in your body so without any pain you get all the gain because you lose the the stored fat the stored fat which is there in the
